Press "PrtSc" next to f12 on the normal keyboard.
Go to word or paint.
Press "Ctrl + V"
Save

This can be in many different locations, depending on where you selected to save your screenshots. Most automattically do it:

C: > Program File > Microsoft Games > Age Of Empires II

You should now have an image like this:

You can click on this and another window will popup with a larger view of the image.

Congratulations you can now make a screenshot forum safe. I hope you use this instead of posting that really big image that stretches the forum and makes the topic harder to read.
