Well i 1v1ed skater in rad blood, beat him so harsly he say i map hacked, but i recorded game and u can see his sabs run past my axe man, then played again he won, (somehow) then he refused to play me unless it was on all vis :|

Hmmmm i spose that would count as a refusal if he's refusing to play normally but you'd need ss of him refusing to prove. unless he agrees to play you again fairly.
