I beat 3559 (9553) but after that he decided to leave the top5's
He asked me if I wanted him to refuse so I got it but I think I deserve it and he shouldn’t have to refuse for me to get it. I've proven I can beat him and now he wants off so I kinda think I should get it. [he doesn’t want off cause of me]

Sorry Perfect but that would be abuse of being a mod if someone wants off lists the people below just move up a spot. Im not saying you arent good enough for spot but think of it this way its kinda like someone giving you there spot which isnt allowed imagine if i said to somebody (even if it was some noob) ask me for a 1v1 db twice i will say no and you will get my spot and be #1 think about it. To be honest the rad list is inaccurate anyway no duke, tiny, homie, vardy, poiz, booze, dioz, scar. Personally i think the rad list needs changed anyway
