ok im lvl 128 and i don't know where to level i was at tiaz lvling but now the exp is getting slower again so is there any new place where i could lvl real fast

delphiroth dungeon egg party, it makes your exp-bar go haywire, i'm now lvl 140, and still it takes mike 5 minutes to raise 2 lvls =D

Exactly!

125+ can get into egg parties, if you know where delph dungeon entrance is.
I know you used to get like a lvl every 3-7 mins (before the egg update), but I imagine it is still good now.

I have a lvl 175 blade I help people out in v1 with. It gets 2-3% an egg with 50% scrolls. =) But I am supposed to be in v2 where we don't do eggs but the MR.
