Well I have been on Turf Battles since TB Beta was around. Back then it was all fun and games.

They went out of beta and restarted the servers when I was around lvl 170.

So I quit for a couple of months to do some things with my life.
I come back and it's all good except now I am back at level 1.

So what I do is go outside Ladianes and start fighting those monsters and collect whatever they had dropped so I could sell to yuba to buy pots. There were 3 or 4 HP pot choices back then, I could only afford the 2nd worse ones (don't remember amount of HP). So I keep doing that till around lvl 15, which by then I have found out that you can go deeper into the realm of Turf Battles and fight harder monsters which give you better exp and better drops for you to sell. So as I get around 30 I go even deeper to the WildCats by the castle. They were hard at first but dropped good armor that I could either use or sell and gave GREAT exp. Then I found out about parties, back then the limit to parties was 7 so it was harder to find parties that weren't full and would accept me. So we went to the orcs and started to fight them, I died a lot but got really good exp. More then if I had just gone there by myself to level.
Around that time I went to Nasa with some level 150+ friends I had while in Beta. We went there and fought, even though I didn't get to fight much because they killed them so fast. Good exp and all till around 70, but then they took me to the first floor of rampeo dungeon, I had no idea where we were and there were really hard monsters that would 1 hit me.

Later when I was around 120 I finally got some Teleport Scrolls off the ground at nasa. So I went searching around the realm of Turf Battles for different spots that I could fight at. I spent about a week or so just running around and looking at all the scenery and what the area had to offer me. I finally found this red doorway in the side of the mountain and jumped at it. It lagged for about 2 seconds then it let me in. I was in some sort of cave. Later I found out it was Rampeo Dungeon Floor 1. So I went around in there and fought and slowly but surely I grew to 130. I didn't know about Delphi Dungeon, so I just kept fighting in Rampeo Dungeon floor 1 and 2.

Later I found out about the Golem Route parties that used to go on before all the updates and them moving to eggs for fast exp. So you ran back and forth around this route killing the same monsters over and over again. They would respawn by the time you got back to them, so it was all good.

Later on in my Turf Battles 'life' I was doing good and had 3 chars.
Here is where the problems started...

One day a guy named Vincent decided to dupe(licate) a Mystic Bow Blessing Level +9 and show them off to get the GM's to do something about it before Brad actually released them into the game.

Well after this 'problem', they were out to get ANYONE who they thought was duping. Well I bought 100 tc one day to buy a level 186 Blade with +5 Triumphis gear on. So I went and bought it. About 2 days later I contacted support asking where it was... No real answer from them. I already had 100 tc in the game so I went and bought Pet Revive Scrolls for 10 TC for 100 of them. Well I used 50 TC the first time on these and figured I would get the GM's attention by dropping them. Well I did, but they thought I duped the items even thought they had logs of my buying them from the in-game TC NPC.

I try to get them to fix this by checking their logs and it was a long hassle, they have now decided to perma-ban my account(s) and just take everything I worked for, and my TC items, and not give me back anything in return but a bunch of hassle.

Well they never gave me my 100 TC that I had purchased thrue PayPal, so I decided after a week of not getting it I would file a dispute with PayPal. So I did. Now PayPal is investigating my claim.


I will post our little messages that we have done back and forth right now...

After all this I finally recieved what they consider proper evidence that I duped. It was just a bunch of made up item numbers.

So I sent them a reply (can't show you as they banned that account too for NO reason)... it kind of went like this.

Well now we will wait to see if they unbann me tomarrow or within a week. If not then I go meet with my lawyer to go further with the court process. He says if we go soon then we will get a court date around Feb. of 07.

i've been behind u all this time, and now i'm sure i will stay there, if TB would just perma-ban a member that was on the game from the very start, maybe they actualy HAVE gone bad, i just can't believe that developers of a game where u have to help eachother to make progress would do such u thing =O, i hope that lots of ppl will read this and start asking questions in game, and when they say it in game, they say it in real life, so thats bad publicity, anyway, i sure hope they will re-think wtf they did, cause they're making a HUGE mistake!

Don't announce ANYTHING in game against Turf Battles or GM's or even this site. They ban you. Had 4 accounts today banned.

TB Blows trust me michael. Yes it was great in the day, well once we had to start over I quit. Why play a game that lags, and that you get your accounts restarted? Mise well play WoW, or GW or KO... Trust me dont go into court. Just say "TB Sucks, see ya guys. Hope your game sucks more then your mom."

Yeah he will, already agreed too.

Well I got bored and changed my IP to a Korean one and got on the TurfBattles forums... they have deleted all my topics against them and telling people what happened. =(

So now to act like a Korean and post more. =D
