please can some one explain what the point in a clan ally is? ppl say to help in wars but they cant help :/ just ive been asked by like 4 clans to ally them but i dont see any point

well when i used to play rise of rome trial 1998-2005, ur clan ally used to help ur clan if any of ur members cant play or if they are not on and u need to play that game obligatory. but it depends cause u need to tell and tell all the rules to the enemy clan before u do that...

another way is that ur clan or ur ally clan helps ur members to improve their skills..

another way is to support ur clan if it dies.. for example

u were iaM, ur ally was WOC... <-- EXAMPLE <_<

when iaM dies, ur members can join WOC without any tryouts..

another way is that u dont want to play with any of those zone members because they hack and u choose an ally clan to play with them only..

there are many other ways of having an ally..
but its too long

The point of an ally is so that you know at least 1 clan wont war you...You know you wont try to start wars with them etc.
