is it just me or does AoE3 lag a lot more than AoK espescially when two idiots decide to battle with there galleons and lag the game so bad u cant resign.

Yea i normally get lag when we are having sea wars although the new patch should fix lag issues (1.05) if not the current patch (1.04). Its best if you dont have anything running when playing.

Its a fault in the game, it isnt because of side apps because me and a friend closed down every app and and every useless xp services, and it still lagged at sea battles. We both have T1 internet connection lol, I think that explains everything.

but with me we do no rush for 40 mins cos im kinda new and it always syncs at frickin 39.67 just b4 attack ARRGGHH

I guess lag at the start of a dm has its advantage because you can build houses alot more quicker and stables all at once. Then you'll have no probably rushing..

The game updates itself if you play online. Otherwise, I think ESO has just released the standalone patch and is available at Age Community

lol i found out i got 1.05 right when i logged on. it hasnt adressed this lag issue. its not too bad with the fighting but its terrible with the ships. this should be there number one issue when creating a new patch.
