either turn your graphics down, or buy a new graphicscard i suggest an nvida gforce 6200 and higher, naval battles do lag games when nu have ur graphics set to high..from what i hear u will need to buy a new graphics card, or get latest drivers for your original one.

Most people have this problem (its why maps like Carribean are unpopular). Simply turn down all your graphics settings to low (and turn off extras, e.g. reflections)

Thats all you can do

Glad to see I'm not alone, but still I can't blive my 1,200 dollar computer can't run AOE3 up to speed! Also my graphics setting is on as low as possible!

by the way ur siggy flameof udun it is referring to the balrog. i probably know more about LotR than you. If u want more info udun is northwestern mordor morgoth trained his balrogs from udun. the most famous balrog was Gothmog who was the highest captain of Angbad. he killed Feanor and slayed Ecthelion but was in turn slain by him . he was morgoths best warrior and he had a personal guard of trolls.
