Yes, you should buy AoE3. one of the best strategy games out there.

to me, it seem kinda stupid that you ask people that play aoe3 ~99999 hours a week, if you should buy the aoe3

Well ok heres the tidbit.

If you got DSL/CABLE, I'd say definately get it.

If you just got DIAL-UP, I'd say maybe think bout something else, considering it isn't able to be played on dial-up...

The campaigns are alright, not my favorite... but its good.

If, you just have dial-up, you won't be able to play online.
So either just play the campaign and skirmishes, or not buy it at all

Age of Empires 3 is a game only for the (serious) typical AGE RMer. ES is spending the majority of its' time to help make the ESO2 Supremacy and Deathmatch experience better. The best part of the game, the editor, gets no attention, and was released with the game full of bugs, glitches and worse than the AoM editor. This is quite sad.

If anyone follows the route ES is takeing, they'll soon realize that the AGE legacy will be destoroyed. Many Design Teams and loyal fans have left this game for other bigger and better things. <_<

The only few things that this game is good at is for online RMS and EM play, and EyeCandying, as shown by the EyeCandy Guild. :mellow:

Its ok, depends on your taste... The graphic is very good in AOEIII but I dont like the way the game works... the strategy is weird compare to the older AOE.... and I seriously dont like guns in strategy games.
