Hmm I think we used this once for a cricket warm up, because no one had a cricket ball at the time, so we cracked that ball with a stick and hit it high and long for fielding and catching practice.

Its addicting. I'm currently on a break right now. I'm doing PS for a month then ill come back and still do PS but little less.
