In order to play aok, i need help.

i can join lobbys, join games, but when game launches, it goes into the game screen, then says "Unable To Join".

I have a D-Link Router, and my old computer worked with it and could play aok, but now i got a new laptop, and it isnt able to join. i've tried opening some ports, but i dont know which exactly. and instead of posting some website, could you post the exact ports? I dont understand mr nibblesnbits. I'm not very computer oriented.

I think its 2300-2400, not so sure, what network you have?

huh...in the house, there is a router, a Local Area Network. 3 computers ect.

I'm only trying to play at home, when im at uni, the firewalls there are blocked tight.

dmz ur router simple fast and easy just search google with
"Dmz D Link router" but put in ur model number or name after it

go to IE type 192.168.1.1..

edit- could be 192.168.1.100 or 1.101.. go find your router ip :s

username-leave blank

pwd-admin

then search for a page like that :s

thats linksys, but the ports work for any router

Give www.portforward.com a try - click Forwarding at the top of the page.. and as suggested you'll need 2300-2400 and another port (not sure if its necessary though)
