but if u think about it all someone has to do is make a whole new name an kick* again to get on the list..so i dont think that would really be a problem..unless theres a way to tell if somebody changed his name is wat im tryin to ask?

ehh theres ip checkers...and if some1 makes a new name and kicks* (without hacking) then that means theyre good without hacks and wouldnt need them..meaning they could be removed from the list....
