1.6 Barely, cz pretty much same as 1.6, but a little more.

Source, your comp has to be top notch, my comp can barely handle it and my comp is the shizzit.

To be honest, your computer must suck if it can't handle Source. I have a 128 MB card, 768 RAM (vid cards and RAM are the essentials, most others your computer probably has) and it only has occasional lag. The ping could be better, but other than that, it's fine.
Unless you try to set everything on high detail?

Much better than most people have...alot of PCs come with a crap 64mb card and 256-512 ram.
