It is probable that you may have problems accessing Ensemble Studios Online. This can be because you need the latest patch to play peoples games, but there are many other problems.

I recommend you look at the agecommunity.com forums, and post any problems in the technical question. Yeti should reply from 1-40 minutes.

Something for the future... many people get problems with multiplayer - the worst bit of AoE3 is ESO, but everything else is great.
