1-to slow
2- 4 way stops,on ramps,intersections
3-highways maybe , rural roads only if theres a small population of people

I MEAN,




1. Mainly it is to slow. I mean like where schools are okay those can stay slow while school is fixing to start or just ending. Keep those speed limits down. Now for highways, that a whole different story. Depends on where your at. Like if you were on a interstate they should change the speed to like 80 MPH. Now on rural roads maybe 70 MPH since if you wreck there and you don't have a cell phone you could be stuck there from 30 minutes to and hour since many don't drive on rural roads. The emergancy vehicles would take much longer to get to the rural area instead of the highway.

2. I think most accidents happen at 4-way stop signs, red lights, and just mainly intersections and cop chases. Lots of people dont stop at the stop signs which causes many upon many accidents a year. Red lights are the same thing as stop signs, to many people dont stop at these either. Cop chases are so dangerous. The cops make them go faster so that they think they can get away even though no one can get away since they will almost always find you since they will have your description and the cars description.

4. They havn't had much effect on me since when i drive i have a police scanner and so it tells me when cops are near. That makes me slow down so that i don't get caught speeding. Mostly i follow the speedlimit.

7. It would depend on the circumstances. I would infer that the higher speed would cause more damage. This is because at higher speeds your velocity is much higher and impact would be greater force.

8. I think that it would be more mentally damaging in a high speed wreck since you have a higher chance of killing someone. When you realise what COULD have happened you really think about what you did and what could have come of your life.

9. As stated in answers 7 and 8 they give you the answer.
