Ok...this has always bugged and confused me anytime I see it being used in different ways then where I think it would fit properly.

It HAS to have a different meaning outside of the US...

To me, the "rolleyes emotion" or this: " " means sarcasim, or "yeah right..". And I use it when typing messages that people who don't catch the sarcasm in posts that easily, helping them out.

So anyways, if this has a different meaning to anyone, please reply back!
