I was wondering if there is someone here who could resize an image for me and make part of it transparent so I can use on cape. any help will be much appreciated

I'm not sure if they support transparent images, but you can resize images with photo bucket.

I'm kinda hoping someone has photoshop and is willing to do it for me. If anyone can I'll post the image
