I would make this a poll, but people have so many diffrent opinions on who the best player is it wouldn't make any sense. I think that the best all time player is Julius Erving, because he really changed how the game is supposed to be played, he brought those infamous dunks to mainstream basketball, for that he is the best all time player of them all.

See, MJ was the most skilled, but he would nevewr have been so skilled if he never got his inspiration from people such as Julius, Julius is the one that showed the world how dunking is supposed to be done, MJ just emphasized on his point.

Its one of three players... I can not choose one but its out of these: Micheal Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, and Oscar Robertson.

MJ: Everyone knows what he could do and did. Did everything you could ask, shoot the three, play some defense, and crank it up in the clutch. Won just about everything there was and then some. Also could elevate his teammates to a whole new level.

Wilt: Mr. 100. How can you top that? One season averaged 50 pts! Won championships and MVPs. Rebounded, Blocked, Scored; The Ultimate Offensive and Defensive Monster.

Big O: A PG that averaged a triple double. Now thats a great player. 30 pts 12 boards and 11 assists a game. One of the most impressive lines ever read. Hard to find anyone better than the Big O.

Can't choose... its one these guys, but which one?

why that racism ??

i mean if you are white why can't you respect the talent and say MJ was the best when you think he is great..

i think MJ was the best no matter what people he says and he is the living legend of basketball and a good role model for kids

gotta gree 100%

Dennis "The Worm" Rodman was by far the best defensive player that ever graced the courts.

The only thing Juliuss Erving was good at was dunking.

And the best point guard that ever played was by far Bob Cousy, this was absolutley AMAZING and his stats speak for themselves.

So my top 5 are as follows.

PG - Bob Cousy
SG - Larry Bird
SF - MJ
PF - Dennis Rodman
C - Wilt

Would love to see the above team go head to head with the below

PG - Kevin Johnson
SG - Reggie Miller
SF - Magic Johnson
PF - Karl Malone or Patrick Ewing
C - Julius or Kareem

Well MJ i such a talented and experienced Basketball player. He is such an inspiration on the court.

Although Rodman, is as topclass as Jordan himself. These 2 Giants are my all time Favs
