Ok for people who dont know what the NHL lockout is, its basically that the players are going on strike. They believe there should not be a salary "cap" aka a maximum salary that they are paid...The players representative, Mr. Goodenow says that players should not have to be subdued to a salary cap, and should always go for higher than they already have. On the other side, the owners of the teams want the salary cap so expensive players such as brodeur or sakic can be affordable for all teams. So if the players have a salary cap, then they refuse to play, and if the owners dont get a salary cap, they refuse to have hockey played....so its all gay n *

i didnt even bother to read this...lock outs r so gay...they make enough money in the 1st place...hockey sucks anyway but its even worse now that players have to b stupid..

edit::: AND it doesnt just effect the NHL.... my dad works at the Fleet Center (boston bruins) and now will probably work only half as much b/c there will b no NHL games...players r so gay...they make millions and still find it possible to complain
