Ottawa looking good now that they finaly got a goalie that can perform and Tampa's got a young team theyll do fine without howerchuck and can only get better those are my picks

chances
vancouver needs a goalie if they want to be top
New Jersey loses stevens maybe they finaly learn how to play offense but i hope they lose cus of it
Toronto and phlliy both got a solid teams.
Calgary made there run on heart alone hard to keep that level of intensity through 80 games but you never know.

downhill teams
colorado getting to old they wont get it this year specially without any goaltending and forsberg probably not returning.
red wings dynasty is done.

Agreed...teams that never got far are now to go far and the dynasties are about to be replaced.

Think about PHX. They have issues in all areas 3 yrs ago:

lack of scoring, langkow doan and that's about it
goalie- boucher....nah

playoffs- missed it every year except 2002 and even then only lost series 4-1 to the sharks

NOW

gretzy, ricci, go to the website look up the roster and just look at the names.


Then look at COL

av's no longer have a goaltender. Roy retired, abeshier is gone, sauve is a rookie, the players r too old aggreed players like sakic foote and tuff are as old as the Quebec Nordiques (colorado avs now, they moved to denver but once were in quebec city for those of u assholes who dont know where it is, it's basically montreal further up the river)

VAN agreed i live now in vancouver and Im almost ashamed about my canucks. the fans are great but the team is just not. the only yr they've done well was 03 vs minnesota but gm 7 was a joke...letting them come back 3-1....are u kidding me?! with home ice!?

cloutier booo, trade bertuzzi for a guy like thornton or even tie domi, booo naslund sucked in europe all he did was 6 assist in the sweden playoffs, sedins are 2 guys, they need a guy to play with them and the answer is NOT linden or king

yep. and gretzy behind the bench too....plus detroit is gonna stink. look at 04 beaten by cgy and i think their guys should retire i mean hull has 600 career goals shanny same, stevey yzerman should go...2 4 6 8 who do we appreciate phx and cgy lol
