Paper Mario, as most of you know, is the deemed by most as the sequel to Super Mario RPG. I find it hard for a sequel to go from 2D to 3D, so I'd say they are in the same franchise, but not direct follow-ups.

The gameplay is obviously similar, with some more advanced features, graphics, and more items. The characters themselves are all paper thin, but unlike in the upcoming GCN sequel, you can't use this to your advantage, by turning into a paper airplane or something along those lines. I'll have a review up in a few days, but until then, just discuss the game amongst each other.

I havnt been able to find this game for sale locally.
I tried several stores and they dont even have it used..
wondering if its worth the effort to find.
