Is it possible to make a text-RPG just using frontpage and dreamweaver MX?

A text-RPG would involved a lot of coding, so don't plan on it being a simple weekend task.

Step1: Plan.
What do you want it to be? What weapons, lvls, items ect... will it have?

Step2: Layout.
Layout the site as you see fit.

Step3: Code.
Do you know enough PHP to code the game?

Yes, it can be made with those programs, but I prefer using Notepad. :P
I would highly recomend using VIM (www.vim.org)

First thing is this... You will want to learn PHP (You already do know HTML? If not learn that first)

Google will be a big help in this project of yours when trying to learn new things.

so type in say... html coding tutorials on google? The thing is i'm not aloud to download things

Yeah, you won't need to download anything. Just create a new .txt document on your computer and rename it to .html
Open the file and right click and select View Source.

At school so I can't really help that much. :/
