I did post alot more actively on the old one, guess there were more ppl I knew, more convos I was interested in. Especially when I played aok actively and also was well into designing, but I guess the way its going we will have loads of new members from all new games as that is the only way to make the community grow bigger and therefore is the way forward. For that reason I think we should stop talking bout the past and look to move forward, which Vision is doing effectively.

What the hell have i done too you guys? seriously, tell me why im such a bad mod, because i warned you when you broke the guidelines? Name one time i unreasonably warned someone.... your making me sound like GM Leader. You have no clue what i do for this forum, i advertise my ass off for brand new members, im always giving vision great ideas and whilst i do all this, i have to put up with people flaming me when i have no idea what i have done to them.. and yet i cant say anything back so i just have to ignore it. Seriously, i want to know what i have done to you people to deserve all this hatrid..

If we dont warn people who break the guidelines we get in trouble with vision. If we do, we get in trouble with you.... um we cant win? :S

If mods do their job right they will never be popular with the members, personally I use a combination of the guidelines and what a reasonable gamer expects to see. I dont warn for breach of the guidelines immediately, I wait for it to get out of hand etc and I never receive any flaming for my modding. Just be more passive, less strict then the members will respect you more, after all they come here to have fun not be like at school!! Work more off what a reasonable visitor to this site expects to see from a gaming forum, bear in mind what people say in these games how much crap they talk. If it gets outrageous only then should you invoke your powers, I hardly ever use mine!!

Once they get the idea into their head that you are a bad mod they will continue to think so. Solo gets abused because when he was on the DC he always had excuses for not making sigs etc (I dont know if theyre true or not but he does it now) so no-one can understand why he was made up to gmod. Virus is the only other gmod in a while who I have seen not get abused, this is because he takes an attitude similar to mine. Look at ppl like gm_leader and the other gmods who have quit recently, they all get abused because they overruse their powers.

ur nvr even here on vogn much 2 even warn some1.... thats y mr "dc founder" my ass.... this forum is run like look out 4 urself and **** every1 else over....
