Definately not.
Learn by doing, make your own.

Ask yourself: Why do you really need that? If you code using Notepad / Wordpad / Notepad++ , etc. etc. , invest in Microsoft Frontpage 2003 (or Dreamweaver -- I prefer FrontPage though).

Plus, what can HTML really do? Not the best way of wording it, but, y'know ... there's more powerful languages out there!

agreed. you cant animate very well with html, html is good to know the basics but u should learn java. im about to start learning how to use java in computer science class. i cant wait!! and from what my sister is saying she is creating a game or something with it.

dont use dreamweaver if you want to learn HTML and if you dont wanna learn html still dont use dreamwaever it sucks
