Well, This actually looks pretty good.

It seems that a number of great things will be enabled. These include the ENTIRE map being destructible, like Merceneries. This would be great as a massive robot, as from what I have heard, you'll be able to lob cars at enemies, pick up lamp posts and use them as a massive stick to whack the enemy with and loads more. This should be great fun and this is the part I am looking forward to the most.

This is scheduled for release on the 20th July. I hope Its a good one, I am definatley buying this when it comes out.

ummm then your state sucks hardcore xtreme... seeing i alrdy own transformers the game which i bought from target on june 26th :S its by far a fun game seeing your not limited to certain stuff

you can transform whenever from your robot form to your car mode and it is true you can pick up cars/poles/fences and other stuff and either A use them as a weapon or B launch them into the air and hit the enemy

Its multi server. Not on my PS3 until this house move is over though, so I'll let you know when im back on it. You prob will own me, I don't play it much. :P

I've yet to play transformers yet, because I'm always skeptical about video games based on movies, and movies based on books for that matter. I've played most of the Armored Core series, another mech video game series, and one thing I don't like about mech games is when their movement isn't fluid and when they turn as slow as molasses. For example, in the time it takes me to turn around in armored core: last raven, I could have mowed my lawn, went to the bathroom, taken a shower then shave. Anyways, wanted to know how the movement is in Transformers before I spent any money on it.

I've heard it's very repetitive, too 'restricted' (boundaries) and the game gets boring. The weapons, from what I've heard, are useless to a point where each transformer does the same three-button melee combo over and over again. Not only that, but I've heard the game had a very low amount of variety, with the objectives being far too demanding (Don't step out of the boundary, or the mission is failed, do as I ask and get over there!). I would rather not rent a game, before I hear what the critics say, which in this case is horrible.

Nit3, play it yourself before judging it. Also, about the boundaries thing? The WHOLE map is destructible, It may be a small town, but in a bugger town, you wouldn't be able to use, and smash up every inch of the town.

EDIT: Your a huge robot too, so the town would seem pretty small.

I won't play it unless I'm a die-hard fan. I listen to reviews before I play a game because that's how I know what's good and what's not.

I rather not rent a game or download a demo when I have heard that the game sucks. A waste of time/money and I just can't be bothered. I rent games that get reviewed good, I buy games that get reviewed good, simple as that. I know it sounds like I'm a robot to my sources, which I kinda am, but that's how it goes.

i like how nit3 only plays the "good reviewed games" ive played many games that werent even good enough to be reviewed apparently and i enjoyed the **** out of them its more personal taste not what some guy who gets paid to bash or hype up certain games so play the games before you bash the games :S

What are you talking about? You bashed the 360 and Xbox saying the only good game was Halo when you haven't tried 99% of the games.

i said halo and gears of war :x and this is from my personal exp of playing xbox and xbox 360 :\ least i give the gaming systems a chance and play many of their games and wait i forgot the extreme paint ball challenge i think was its name or something close was a pretty good game

its all personal perf you may not want to play it but others will i personally like transformers the game its fairly good overall but o man if it doesnt meet your halo/gears of war style game its a piece of **** huh?

not all games are 150% action filled i play transformers for its storyline i play a lot of games just for the storyline

also if you hate ps3 so ****ing much why are you always trolling the ps3 forum? you must like what ps3 is or you wouldnt troll around here as much as you do <_< so go and troll your lil xbox forum

I liked the movie transformers...didnt think it would...The game i feel the same way about so far...havent played it but i will check it out and see if i like it! I dont write off games before i try them it takes away from haveing a better variety of games!!!

Same here. Im getting it when it comes out here in the UK. Also Ninja Gaiden Sigma, and also NFS: Carbon. (For online, a lot of my friends on playstation network have it, and I wanna own them all.)

ninja gaiden simga i have personally grown to dislike so far... the controls are choppy as **** like the camera movement i spend most my time in a fight trying to figure out which way to turn my camera for a better view and i never get it right :\ so i end up fighting almost blind in a sense seeing i have know idea wtf goes on half the time

i do like the multi weapons you can have/find/buy atm im using dragon claws & something else forgot its name its double sword and is very nice can also use ninja stars/bow and arrows/smoke bombs

i havent fully gotten into the game as it lacks some things for me such as the camera movement... and the attacking system is just like square, square, triangle, square, square so most the time im spamming my square button zzzzzz

I love Ninja Gaiden. The controls are good once you get used to them, and you can start to pull off some nasty combos when you get used to everything a bit more.

Also, the attacking system square triangle etc means your only doing basic silly little attacks lol. You need to do proper combos.
