Normally everyone here'd think that this is the Japan launch, since Sony stated that a Japan launch was first. Also a lot of gaming consoles have been first released in Japan first.
Wrong.
After a fit of jumping and screaming "**** YES!" (I'm a hardcore Sony fan, I have a PS2 and PSP) I calmed myself down to read. A Japan launch is not first - a worldwide launch is.
I find this extremely fair to Europeans, seeing as they get everything last and can only go on rumour before they actually get the experience themselves.
Not this time.

If they didn't, a 2007 PS3 launch date for the US would be imminent. There was no chance that the PS3 was going to launch in 2006 over here if they had give the PS3 to Japan first. This also allows game creators to fine-tune their games. Know how everyone says the Killzone PS3 trailer was bullcrap? An extra 6 months says it isn't

I can't wait for the PS3. MGS4 and DMC4 will be awesome. Will FF13 be released with the PS3 too? My rents said they would pay $500 for it for christmas if i put in the rest. 600 American is about 750 Australian, 125 for games, ill need about another 500. 50 hours of work only ^^

No Grand Theft Auto is coming out with the PS3. It'll come pretty much exactly 11 months after launch.

Then you got the noob snipers. They would have to limit world load so you don't have 1m people in San Andreas at the one time, if indeed they used San Andreas as a model city.

gta online wud own..end of story :] an i wudnt have a problem with snipers..cause im good as **** with the sniper but i prefer auto..if i must snipe tho..everyone will be dead :]
