I just started an archer and i just need to know what kind of build would be good for a pve char and where i can lvl i mean from lvl 1 because i dont think any one will power lvl me at all. so thanks in advance.

The best suggestion i cn make is press K and add stats according to your skill requirements. Also once you are level 10 go to the pink crystal near yuba and go to Archer village and look at what requirements you need for armour/bows and balance your points against armour and skills. You can wear a Mystic bow (best bow ingame) at level 90 which adds loads of AP and should help killing those monsters
