The smudging is quite obvious, the color could be better, text needs some more work too. but good job.

I never smudged in this, nor did I use any brushes. And didn't use motion blur, used wind swipe or something like that.

Oh and I didn't use lighting either lol

just dont mess his face up with whatever you are using.

and it doesnt matter what you are using, the effect is too obvious and messy.
