Who do u think is better? Messi in my opinion owns C.Ronaldo... what do u guys think?

And how many times does messi score a goal like that? I don't like either of the players but i'll go for ronaldo- messi wudn't live to see daylight in prem footy. I don't even think messi's goal was that good- more of a fluke, so selfish could've easily lost the ball there.

messidona is better.. Messi would own the premiership :S.. enemies let you run more.

u think players like terry gerrard scholes mascherano will let him run with the ball? no they will challenge with everything and even hack him down

premiership players tackle harder and with the way messi dives as i said he will not hack it

i would like to see players like gattuso in the premiership thou tht guy is a tank

Well the past doesnt get forgot or ever should be forgot especially something as special as the greatest goal ever scored and the hand of God in one match FANTASTIC and it made and makes me happy thinking about it.

Messi never proved Man Utd wrong hes never even played against them. As good as he is he isnt even the best at Barca and even though he would make it in the premiership and be a great player he wouldnt be able to do it to the same level as Ronaldo or Rooney simply because he isnt strong enough yes hes good yes he probably scored the best goal in Europe this year but that doesnt make him the best now because of one great goal (Ronaldo as scored many great goals this year) its called consistancy and people just need to accept that the best player in the premiership is the best in the world.

ATM Ronaldo is the best in the world and its funny how people wont accept it because he plays for the greatest club in the world (so many ABU'S) as well as playing in England. Lets face it the Premiership is not only the best league in the world its also the strongest, i mean even the likes of liverwho can get to a champions league final 2 years out of 3 and they arent even close to being the best in England.

This year world player of the year will and should go like this

1. Ronaldo
2. Kaka
3. Drogba

Ronaldinho hasnt had a great season by his own very high standards and henry as been injured most of it or it might look a bit different. ATM i think Messi is top 10 but can diffently go higher. While anyone with any kind of knowledge of football can see that Ronaldo has been the best in the world this year love him or hate him.

Yes kaka played well against a second string patched up utd defense and yes hes a top player who had a great run in the champs league. But he didnt do alot in Italy this season. Ronaldo on the other hand was the top assist player and second top scorer in the best, strongest and toughest league in Europe. People just dont want to admit that he is because he plays for Man Utd and he plays in England. Like i said so many ABU'S(ANYBODY BUT UTD). What is better doing it more often and showing consistancy in the league or playing well in one off cup games? Think about it.

kaka made a good champ league participation.. not a good league participation.

nah kaka is not the best player right now.. we can't really choose who is the best because there are best defenders, best midfielders and best forwards.. every position needs a diff player. but c.ronaldo does not dominate the midfielder-forward positions.

As a forward, ill put ruud van nistelrooy.. and even though hes from real madrid (i hate them), i need to recognize ruud as the best forward this year.

messi is showing consistancy... he scored 12 goals this season and he still has 1 more game to play.. and he was injured.

well for me, premiership is not the best league.. nor i can choose the best league.. just watch the games and that's it.. dont compare the leagues because nobody can do that.

"Liverwho" :P like u say (dont know why lol), had luck.. 2-2 overall goals with barcelona, a game vs PSV :S, penalty kicks with chelsea :S, thats pure luck.

Dont know about the Premiership League been the strongest and toughest at the moment but i do know thatl La Liga and Seria A are also very tough and the level is very very similar to the british league.

I dont know why the British people are so cocky about their league.

I dont have anything against Manchester United nor it's players, but in my opinion the best players atm are Kaka, Van Nistelrooy, Ronaldo, Messi and Totti; in no order. Drogba had a good year too, but hes one level below them in my opinion.
