George Best = Best all rounder could dribble could tackle could head the ball only cause he played for northern ireland who r crap meant he never got to show his skills at the world cup plus his career was cut short because of a drink problem
Pele = Best striker of all time undoubtly even he says gearge best is the best which is good enough for me
Maradona = Arguably the best player of all time had everything and without doubt had the best world cup any player had
Cantona = Best Premiership player of all time no other player as had anywhere near the same impact as the talismatic french man
Plantini = Probably the best french player of all time then again the french did have zidane, cantona etc
Cruff = Probably the best dutch player of all time the guy had everything passing, dribbling and could score from anywhere he emphasised total football. The dutch also had Gullit and Van Basten
Charlton = Best English player of all time, still englands top scorer of all time internationally and this all from midfield he could play up front and in midfield and hit the ball like a bullit. England also had the likes of Bobby Moore and Gazza
Peter Smeichel = The best goalkeeper ever almost single handedly won the european cup for denmark and saved man utd from so many goals. Other keepers of note Buffon, Clemence, Pat Jennings and Yasine

Other players of note are Beckenbar, Zico, Rivaldo, Puskas, Di Stefano, Daglish, Denis Law, George Weah, Romario, Hoddle, Baggio, Stoickov, Hagi, Sammer, Batistuta

I know theres more just cant be annoyed thinkin anymore at the minute

ronaldhino is a good soccer player with good tricks, i go for barca in primera liga, the latest samba king, after they made their own drums and tune after brazil's confed cup ;s

He's nowhere near one of the best players in the world tho well i dont think he is.

what do you guys think because i hate him as he got that dodgy goal v England so i kind of hate him i dont think hes got the potential for a top 5 world class player.

i think he is numba 1 soccer player now days (ronaldinho) without any doubt. zidane was amazing also but he is old now... shevchenko & henry r very good strikers but doubt they got ronaldinho's all around potential, he can drible,shot,defend,he is fast, he is strong, he have nice control of the ball, etc..

well going back to the original topic...
-Pele is numba 1... numba 2 is Maradona.. and i dont got a clue who the **** is George Best or w.e his name is.. and doubt he was that good.. because even if u have a ****ty team.. with Pele or Maradona in ur team u can win games. just look at shevchenko with ukraine.. he is leading them to the world cup and with all respect shevchenko isnt even 70% of wat Pele or Maradona were.

doubt he was that good. pele/maradona/di stefano could play in any country team & qualify it to the world cup.

at wat time he played? i consider my self a guy that knos pretty much about soccer im fan of this sport since i can remember i exist.. and have played it for like 9 years..

Virus, yeah i see women soccer but not so often, usually Barcelona games cuz 2 mexi girls r there.

well i kinda investigated about George Best asked a couple pple including my coach whos played in Man. Unitd.. and they told me george best was a great striker but u cant comparisson him to pele or maradona.. still never saw him playing :S and i have a book of FIFA ranks n ****.. and in the Ideal Team.. kinda like all-stars of all times of soccer.. george best appears (dunno how i didnt remember his name) but as a sub, the striker is eusebio a portuguese guy i think

well he is the all time great he didnt play footall for long as he was an alk lol he retired like 3 times before he was 27 then finally he did where are you from?

If you ask most people they would say hes one of the best players ever best in a attack forward role x

rooney is an amazing player but hes a crap footballer his attitude and sportsmanship is just wrong there is no need for it.

so we finally got to a list? lolz ;] but why are all these players forwards? and why are they all from the past? what about the current crop of amazin players there are ;/ eg.. ronaldhino, lampard, terry and so on. just because they dont always score that many goals, it doesnt mean they aint great. they jus dont get recognised for the contribution that they make to the team. ronaldhino and lampard would be bad examples but you get what i mean.
