i use to be on my high school wrestling team but then just stop it for some reson but ti was fun when i was in it hurting all those people on the mat it was a great sport to kinda hurt people and make them cry some time :P :P

eh wwe is really dumb wrestling really sucks now i used to love wwf but when they started to combine raw and smackdown like 2 or 3 years ago i was like mant his is so dumb and also when my mom took down my posters i kinda thought it was dumb like now its way to fake they make it so unrealalistic

I stoped watching less and less till 1/2 year or so ago stoped fully when they started breaking up wrestlers only being on either raw or smackdown and also the dumb move of breaking tag teams up :angry: that and other stuff but thats all I care about thinking of right now :P

my god guys.. not that crap wwf and wwe or w.e its REAL..
like college Highschool Middle school and such.. wow.. anyway killah.. this is basically a topic for u me and heart... I have to do conditioning.. which means we do 4 miles, stairs with weights, red flag, sprawls, pushups.. its so hard...we do like 600 pushups when coach is in a good mood.. lol.. |

We do all the same stuff but we only run 3 miles haha, we run to our middle school and back *1 and a half miles each way*
Its hard as hell but its worth it. Cant wait till we get to actual practices so i can get on the matt and roll around. ![]() Still havent gotten my physical in though, probably have my mom *nurse* get a friend to sign it im to lazy and last time was kinda wierd. Old chinese man goes 'drop your pants' and then started talking about karate as he was ... anyways not my type of experience. |

Hope so, i think ill make it as long as i dont get injured or anything like that, i made states last year but couldnt compete due to my cervicle strain and whiplash in my neck.
New year i hope all goes well, hope i can maintain my record of ...well i dont really know how many wins but i know ive lost 1 match ever. Ill ask my coach what my record is if he knows. Anyways i remember we were at a tournement and i was in semifinals against some kid, and it went through all round and we were tied with 15 seconds left *i dominated but he kept up in pts* and then he was about to get up and get a point and win, but i hung onto his food and he drug me around hopping on the matt for 15 seconds, must have been a hilarious sight. Then it went into overtime where first pt wins and i pinned him with an arm bar cuz he was so tired haha.

not bad I won states in california.. because of my Famous Double leg takedown switch foot. to a half nelson.. then to a choker haha.. fool turned to his back and bam PINNED.. also..
i creamed Micheal Velmore with my High C take down switch to a ball and chain to a reverse nelson hurt me but not as bad as him.. thats why I usualy do up position I hate being on bottom. altho escape points r very nice.. but more opertunities on top.. but anyway whats ur favorite move? Mine is easily the Ball and chain Whiplash

yes U can.. it was made legal but modified.. you have to have his arm trapped under his body and his other arm next to his spine NOT ON IT but close to it.. 1 inch off and ur disqualified so ur rite.. not a safe move

ya i knoow u can kinda use it but it not great to use because u can get disqualified for haveing it one inch of unless u can be carefull of that inch then its great to use

wow 3 and 4 miles? thats alot to jog atleast?
i know i can jog 1 whole mile then i get kinda tired take a 5 min break and get another dont think i can jog 4 miles damn

Last year it was 3-630 and right now the practice we get is MUCH better.
Anybody who works out a lot knows that after you push your muscles so far they dont gain any more until they can rest and remend, and if you do more in a lessened time you get much more results. We have no breaks at all except one for water and its 30 seconds long, just run run workout run run. |

pretty much same here. but we just wrestle.. im not going to be in it this year.. My knee is messed up.. I was doing stairs *Lifing up 40 lbs both hands and walking up and down stairs* and my leg caved in..
