i saw the image this morning, it just says

"can't create d3d device"

i'm not expierienced in this but i think that your video card drivers aren't up to date anymore, since i had the same errors when i wanted to play CFS3. after i had updated the drivers all worked fine for me.(it could ofcourse be that your video card doesn't support d3d, but that would be very strange, especially if its a quite new card)
