windows can do it itself.

uts go to run, type in cmd
then type in the black screen thingy tracert www.whateverwebsiteyouwant.com ( note the space between tracert and your website )

and voila it traces the route to that website, and at the end it displays the ip adress., and when you go to a website like this : www.ip-adress.com and type it in you'll know exactly where it comes from.
