MySQL, PHP, PHPMyAdmin, ....

Hi guys and gals

Tried installing a few new programs yesterday to continue a website I am doing but the installation hasn't gone well yet.

At the moment, I have downloaded phpmyadmin, Apache HTTP Server version 2.2 and PHP 5.2.5

Installing Apache was easy but php 5.2.5 and phpmyadmin is another thing.

So, for all of you web programmers, here is what I am trying to do (with soooo limited knowledge but that's why the web is here, to increase it ). Trying to create a login screen so that on my webpage members will have access to certain restricted areas to guests.

At the moment, I've been following this guy advices (they seem out of date tho XD)
