Ok i cannot join aok games when they aare launched... I have talked to mem+ for hours trying to figure out what is wrong...

The game launches...It loads then comes to game window says connecting to game or w/e then after that it says unable to join i get back to lobby says Host failed to launch...but everybody is still playing..

Firewall is off
No router
People tell me its service pack 2 but on my old comp i didnt have service pack 2 and it did the same problems...It basically All started when i got Dsl...I dont know if this it but when i had dial up i was abel to join games n stuff just fine.
help???

check your dsl modem firewall settings.

Also reinstall the game.

If that not work i would think you have got 2b installed and 2a hacks installed which often causes this problem.

Do you have hacks for 2a? and the 2b patch?

like he said check firewalls

take off pop up blocker if you have one

delete all your zone files and reload them then you should be able to play again

Yup, sounds like you have a Firewall built into your modem. It should come with directions on how to access modem cpanel and turn it off.

ok i have dsl..and this kinda happend to me...go to ur internet setting or w/e and check ur privacy setting..put it on medium..cuz that blocked me out...

on the subject of dsl , anyone know how to get to my wireless settings , i think theres something there keeping me from dl things off msn , and getting to webpages.

Ok ill try turning off the firewall...

But when i got the new comp i was abel to connect uhm bout 3 times then it stopped letting me connect...

HOLYMAN READ THIS!!!
The first thing you need to do is call your isp ..... they will help you out alot ... I have bellsouth dsl .... and whenever I was on the phone with them ... they asked me to put in about an 11 digit number ... that number then brought me to expert mode of my dsl ...... Your problem is NAT .... I had the same problem as you .... If you can turn this off you will be playing in no time .... good luck!!!
