ooo umm, find the pencil tool, right click it, click brush tool, go to top, go to load brushes, find your brush folder in adobe, find the brushes u want, click em, and youll see the screen pop up @ top with the brushes

If you've just downloaded the brushes, make sure they're in your brushes folder. If you want to bring them up in photoshop, just take your brush tool, there should be a dropdown menu available where you can choose which brush you want to use from the current set you have selected, and to change the set you click the small arrow that points to the right..
