Get a different ISP? :P If you want to visit a site with a different IP address you can visit it through a proxy.

Try this. It's not 100% guaranteed, as your ISP might set Fixed IP.

Start>run>cmd


ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

You'll get disconnected when you /release, and then reconnected when you /renew .

This is the only way to actually change your IP, short of masking, etc.
