well when zone did it maitnece thing for a week i came back and i couldn't enter a room it says failed to establish connection with zone server i try to enter a room every day i unistall zone everyday 2 it aint a virus i dont think any help would be mostly apprectiated and your gonna have to walk me through how to fix i suck at comps lmao and i cant enter a room to talk to members+ it says same thing

So what exactly happens? How far into zone can you get? do the lobbies load? like the list of lobbies for Aok?

Have you done like defrags and disk cleanups?

lol k, go to My Computer and go to Local Disk C: and right click on it. Then go to Properties and then the Tool Tab. Then there should be a Defrag one and a Disc Clean up one. DO them both. Both take a while. The clean up will probably require you to reboot first. This is if you have windows XP, if you're running a differant version it'll be a little differant.

Those take longer so i wouldn't suggest those yet, those are more of a last resort

go to My Computer, and right click on Local Disk C


What you should do first though is try to delete cookies and temporary internet files. Go to your control panel. Hit Network and Internet Connections. Go to Internet Options. ON the General tab, there will be a Delete COokies button. Do that. Also Make sure on the security tab that your setting arent too high.

ok did all that on the defrag thing how do i start it click analze? how do i tell if my security thing is set 2 high

no you click start lol. Analyze will just tell you whether or not you should defrag.

Well my security is set at medium. Medium is the highest i think is allowed to be on zone. If yours is already medium try low medium.

the defrag will clean up ur hard\drive and make more space. Have you been trying to go on zone after each of these changes?

yeah i try to go on zone each day each time same thing happens hey can u tell me how to check for spywar and adwar my dad said he did it but i doubt he did

You need a program. What kind of internet do you have? SOme come with checkers. If not, go download AdAware and Spybot S&D. I can send you over MSN if you have it.

like, SBC Yahoo DSL comes with spyware protection.

Well for me, i have SBC DSL, on my browser windows, on the tool bar at top is says Protection. And i just click it and it has spyware etc.
