well when i am away from zone for more than 10 mins sometimes less than that this pops up,and sometimes i can be playing playing in a middle of a game and it will exit out of it, and i have unistalled and reistalled, but i lose my room that i am in and my zonefriends go away it says i am offline but i am online and it don't show any of my friends http://img105.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dangit8wx.jpg

That's your Internet randomly disconnecting. If I'm correct, whenever this happens, you'll also be logged out of MSN, AIM, ICQ, etc. etc. etc. until it fixes itself Usually, you're logged out for less than 5 seconds, so you might stay signed in.

Firstly, do a reinstall of your Router / ISP Software, if any came with it.

Then do an Adware , Spyware, Virus and Malware scan, using the following tools.

If you have no luck, I want you to get this program:

Install + Run.
Then, post your log here. DON'T "FIX" ANYTHING IN THE LOG!


And, if all this leads to a dead end, get in to touch with your ISP complaining. After all, you'll then be Virus,Adware,Malware,Spyware -free, have a completely clean registry, and completely clean files. Then it's all down to your ISP!
