You probably also need a degree that says you know Java. Most employers don't hire based on what yoy say you know if you don't go to school.
However, experience can substitute education. You just need to get a good amount of programming jobs under your belt. Without the degree though, you'll start out earning very little. An entry-level position for a graduate in computer science pays, on average, $47,000. Keep that in mind.

hmm interesting.
Well, I have experience in it, and have created RuneScape private servers with Java codes.. Almost got sued so had to stop lol. But anyways, thanks, I am working on PHP aswell though |

Java can't really steal game code, but you can create applets in Java that do basically what you want them to do, as long as you know how to make them do what you want them to do.

I didn't understand what you said. I think you mean that java can't steal it, but you can make it so it does what you want it to do. But you have to know the java code to do so.
