well i cant burn a cd everytime i try it says this http://img167.imageshack.us/my.php?i...tled789up0.jpg if i click web help nothing happens plz help

edit~ i have tryed to burn cd's from other places still says the same thing

try making sure all of the drivers required for your burner are installed, and make sure the burner itself is installed.

the burner is part of my computer i could do it before but last few weeks it has started saying that

well the english in that sentence is quite terrible, but i assume by saying you tried to burn cd's from other places you meant a variety of cd's.

try

opening your computer and checking the cd-burner wire connections. however if you can still use it to view media, it's probably not the burner itself.

if the device works i'd recommend reinstalling the drivers, and if that doesn't work, find a real cd burning program like nero or roxio.

i fixed it my firewall was blocking it i guess that was the problem because it works fine thanks for the help anyway
