supposedly the news that Lucas is only make 6 movies has been out for a while but i just got it today i am so bummed. i cant wait to the third one comes out but i had more anticipation for the 7th,8th,and9th now im gonna have to read the books to see what happens


what do you guys think about this travesty

i think that you can only make a certain amount of something before killing it... bond movies are an exception to that rule... but everything else that went above 5 or 6 movies got really old and boring after a while...

episode 3 should be pretty good.. most of the first showings sold out already and theres 6 days til it opens here

but when lucas made the first 3 films he said they would be 3 in a series of 9 and they are so anticipated because they all flow together its like the lord of the rings its meant to have 3 movies actually 4 with the hobbit CANT WAIT.

so i think he should carry out what he said we will never know what happens to the jedi or w/e unless we read the books BORING so thats why i think he should make all 9

there are 3 movies after reture of the jedi but he wont be makeing them i think he will have someone else make them or they will never be made =/

After Star Wars 3 that starts at midnight next Wedesday....

Starting in 06 or 07 there well be 2 new TV shows. Thats right 2. One well be on Cartoon network, the other well be live action. But there very little info on either besides that.....

I can understand the younger members not wanting to read the books 7,8,9. When I was younger I didn't like reading much either. Inless it was a gaming mag.....

He's making 6 movies. Big deal. There are several comic series, video games and novels based on the era AFTER the 6th movie. All of which are very entertaining. Even more so than the movies.

like i said before the only good stuff are the movies not the comics or games or books the movies are the best star wars stuff

i have played the vidoe games and i have read comics but not star wars and i didn't like comics in general but the others you listed no i haven't done

You've read comics, but not Star Wars comics? Then that doesn't count since I was talking about the Star Wars comics.

When it comes to games I mean JK, JK2 and JKA. Not Battlefront or KOTOR.

i played jka and jk but not the other one they are ok games

Compared to most LucasArts games before them they are great. But aside from that, one of the reasons they were made was to continue the S.W. storyline. Which is what it seems you want.
