He's got like dead on accuracy with 249, I need like the red dot aimer to actually get a headshot, plus it seems he's in the right place at the right time.

I actually prefer the dot with blurry stuff around it, if there's a smoke nade going off, I can see the cross hair go red and shoot in that direction.
