I think Halo 2 is slightly better if u have Xbox Live... If u do not have xbox live i suggest Halo 1 cuz its a longer campaign.... If ur having a party u should proly play Halo 2.... so overall i think Halo 2 is slightly better.... need opinions

Nah not really Old news... but ya multiplayer is a lot better on Halo 2 Single player is better on Halo 1

But Y when i read the booklet did the creatures have completely new names... for example.... the Grunt was Unggoy or something...

its cuz grunt is what the humans call them, and unggoy is what the covenant call them cuz they did somethin weird with the manual and made it in the covenent point of view

halo 1 campaign>halo 2 campaign
halo 2 multiplay>halo 1 multiplay

only cuz 2 is on live and 1 wasn't

but yea halo 2 came out 11 months ago and its had the top spot on the xbox live thing for all those 11 months

they made 2 different versions of the halo 2 manual, a human version with master chief on the front and a covenant version with an elite on the front ;p i got a covenant version o.O

I like Halo 2's interface better, but Halo 1's story line was better.

agreed, halo 1 storyline owned and co-op and single player roxed, but it multiplayer doesnt even come to licking the shoes of halo 2 multiplayer ;D halo 2 storyline sux tho and the interface is a lot nicer than halo 1 o.O

Halo 2 has sick gameplay and all, but has a weak storyline,
Halo 1 gameplay makes more sense on singleplayer cuz the storyline makes sense. :crybaby:

ahhh story line i beat em both in a week.its about the online play.which halo 2 is much better

H1>H2 when it comes to flood. It's hard to get a shotgun or you run out of bullets too fast, and even then shotgun doesn't 1 hit them sometimes! Gets really gay when you have to kill the same flood over and over and wasting bullets/energy over it.

Hi guys,

I'd say Halo 2 for the online play. Campaigns are good and all, but I'm much more a fan of Online Play - and Halo 2 really kicks ass there.

Both games are classics, both games kick-ass -- but it depends what sort of player you are.

Multiplayer: Halo 2.
Single Player : Halo 1.

The two are entirely different games. Halo 1 is better though. Check out mlg-pro.com. They got some cool montages and crap from both H1 & H2. halo-pro.com is another good one.
